Every Friday night from 7 to 9pm, the Orlando Women's Basketball Club runs an open gym at 1820 AD Mims Road in Ocoee. Every Saturday there is a second session from 11am to 2pm at 701 Formosa Avenue in Winter Park.

The runs are for all skill levels and the club also runs leagues and tournaments through the year. Follow the club's socials for week to week updates, since dates are confirmed there.

The club does not publish an open gym price on its site, so check with them before your first run.
