Color Fields and Inspirations from the Collection
On view May 29 to Nov 8; check the museum site for hours and admission
Color Fields and Inspirations from the Collection brings together abstract works from the Orlando Museum of Art's permanent collection, on view May 29 through Nov 8, 2026. The show centers on acclaimed artists of the 1960s and 1970s, including Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Louis, Richard Diebenkorn and Jules Olitski.
The museum frames the work as an ongoing conversation about intuition, experimentation and materiality, in the decades after Abstract Expressionism met Minimalism, Conceptualism and Pop Art.
