Festival Park's sand volleyball courts are public and free, and the nets stay up. The park is open every day from 5am to sunset, so this works any day, not just Saturdays.
There is no organizer and no schedule. Show up with a ball, especially on weekends, and a pickup game usually comes together.
Free. Parking is on site.
